In our Lived Experience side of the forum this month we are celebrating @TheVorticon for the way they have reflected and shared here about the holiday season and learnings with peers here.

In our Carers forum we are celebrating @Kasey13  for sharing their vulnerability to help a peer know that they are not alone in what they are going through such as here

party.pngForum events to take part in this month:
This month we are running one event for both sides of the forums - so this event will be for both Lived Experience members and Carers. We want to get you all together as the end of the year wraps up so we can share and discuss the common theme of managing expectations around holiday celebrations.

Are you under 30 and from a regional/rural area? Help us find out how we can make sure the people that need something like the forums, know about the forums here!

Lived Experience Forum:

..one thing that does help is to plan ahead to do ONE thing to make it nice. Usually a cool breakfast or lunch, invite someone and visit someone

- said by @Former-Member  reflecting on the holiday season and coping here

Carers Forum:

You mentioned some important things in a few of your posts about self care and limits. What ever happens in the relationship, these two things are crucial for your wellbeing.  - said by @frog here
