Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hello sweetheart @Snowie

How's your Sunday?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hi @Sans911 so happy to see you here.

My Sunday has been quiet. Have spent most of the day catching up on sleep.

Tomorrow I have ECT again.

How are you going sis? I have missed you but understand your need for time away.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Quiet day here too hun @Snowie. I've been for a long drive though to the outer suburbs to pick up some shelving. And the community nurse has been to do my dressings.

I'm glad you caught up on sleep today.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Would that shelving be for more books hun? @Sans911

I hope the nurse was kind and gentle for you.

Have you many plans for tomorrow?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Haha, there's no room for that @Snowie. It's shelving for the laundry wall. Hopefully it'll hold my towels and sheets, but the wire shelves aren't as wide as I thought. I'll have a better idea when it's up. But I also need someone to help me screw the metal rods to the wall. Might ask my support worker, because I am hopeless at diy.

My nurse was OK. I hadn't seen her before.

I just a mental health zoom meeting tomorrow that I'm doing some co-design with. Otherwise not much else on.
