Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

Trying hypnotherapy on the weekend so looking forward to that and I have young children so will be alot of parks and keeping them entertained. Next week I'm going to try and get back to work slowly by just logging in for a few hours each day from home I'm nervous about it and fearful but trying to be brave

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

Sounds as though next week will mark a return for a few of you @amonrae04 @Confused44 @Happychick its understandable that it would be a bit anxiety-inducing. I hope that you're able to connect on here as it's helpful to you, and to know that you're not alone and that we're here for you.

Just a quick forums tip: to make sure that other's are notified when you reply to them, you can tag them by pressing "@" and then either selecting the username from those that are suggested, or typing in the username until it pops up in the list. Once you select the username you're after it will appear as blue, like this: @Oaktree

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

I don't have any plans, just hopeful it will be better than last weekend (relaxing & happy)

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

@Ru-bee @Oaktree  yeah I am hoping I can get some benefits from these forums.

as for the return to work in some ways it will be beneficial as I will have tasks to focus on however my employment comes with the potential for triggers and complex subject matter that is hard to manage when I’m not coping personally but I guess I have faked it this long I can keep doing so

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

Thanks so much for the welcome! I'm still a little bit all over the shop, but I'm going to the gym today, then working tonight, but feel I need to do more - I'm so behind with uni after being pretty unwell for the last month or two. I really hope I can catch up but also stay happy hopeful and healthy

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

@Confused44

Good luck with the return to work. It can be very anxiety provoking.

@Snakesahoy

Good luck with catching up on uni. I am studying too and it gets really stressful. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

@Confused44 I know the feeling. My work carries alot of responsibilities and critical thinking which is making it very challenging for me to want/feel like I can go back to work when im functioning at like 20% but I'm going to try and least fingers crossed

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

Thank you for the welcome. I look forward to figuring out how all this works and hopefully feel a little less alone
