Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8 I used to get my bread from Bakers Delight but they closed down where I do my shopping.

There's a nice bakery at another shopping centre nearby but it's next to the woollies where ex friend works so I usually avoid it.

I just wish I had more energy these days, I used to cook from scratch every night and bake most weekends. 

I thinking I'm waiting to be completely healed from the trauma of last year 🤔

Could you just go for the bakery and not go into Woolies where she works.

@ENKELI I feel so much better today not taking the medication. I've had a shower in line online to get afl tickets and will go to dfo.
