@Ru-bee  I quit everything I quit my job I quit life I quit myself 

I just want to do something  

I'm sick of everything I'm tried of everything  I've had 4 mental breakdowns  I've been crying  I'm fed up   life is down the hills 

I have nobody just my partner who left this morning. Life right now is shit 😖🙂

Oh,  okay @Sunnyside226 that's tough. How long will your partner be away for? 

I know when I'm going to be alone for a bit it helps me to try to plan out things to do to keep me busy and distracted, especially if it's something that gets me out of the house either somewhere cosy like a cafe or the movies, or in nature like finding a new trail walk to explore.
