I've been awake since 2am - another difference since I got sick in early winter.

Did the thunder this morning bother your dog?

My son started work at 8 this morning so had to get up early to take him. 

I guess a bonus is that I am onto my 2nd load of washing already and done the ironing!

We mustn't have had thunder here. Didn't hear a thing.

Sorry to hear you've been up since 2am. Are you able to get some sleep today at all? Or at least some rest?

That'd be hard, for a teenager to get up early! 

Well done on the laundry. I started mine early too. 

I'll probably rest but not sleep today. It's a concern as my sleeping tablet was put up recently. Oh well. At least I can see some sunshine 🌞 

Are you at home today till you go to pick up your son?

Well I hope you can get some rest at least. Thats not good if even your sleeping tablet isn't helping. Is there any way that you might be able to try a different one? 

It is beautiful and sunny here too. Am at home today. Should go to the supermarket but normally too many people on the weekend up there.

Thanks. I'm keen to stay on this one as it's way better than any other sleeping tablet generally. 

I agree about too many people at the shops on weekends. I try to avoid it or to go out early.

I go early to the shops even on weekdays @NatureLover The less people the better.

Well hopefully these meds can at least get you a bit more sleep.

I had a very early start today and was in Brisbane at 7am for a sporting event. My squad all made it to Nationals so I’m happy but very tired. @Snowie @NatureLover
